Hi @159536,

In A-FLEX-3, you have two options to choose for calling licenses:

1. Enterprise Agreement: If you choose this option, then you need to specify number of knowledge workers (minimum 250 qty). The EA agreement for knowledge worker gives you licenses for call control, voicemail, CER, IMPS etc.
2. Named User: If you choose this option, then you get three options to select:
   • Professional - (A-FLEX-NUPL-P)
   • Enhanced - (A-FLEX-P-ENH)
   • Access - (A-FLEX-P-ACC) 

In both the cases, you don't have option to select specific part number. You need to choose options presented to you and part numbers will be displayed based on your selection.
