Hi,
We are running Cisco Unity Connection and we want to clean-up old mailboxes that have never been used.
Is there a way to run a query/report to determine the “last modified” date and time stamp on a voice mailboxes to help us determine which mailbox needs to be deleted?
Thank you!

Hi Rya,
There are a number of results in this great "Unity" tool that can help in determining unused accounts in Unity Connection. Here are a few;
Mailbox unread messages older than 60 days
. The number of messages currently in the users’ mailbox that are unread (new) and arrived 30 or more days ago. This can be useful in finding mailboxes that are not being used.
NOTE: This requires that the time of the local client and the time of the Connection server be in agreement (they do not need to be in the same time zone, of course).
Time of Last Call. Indicates the date and time the user called in to check messages last. This can be handy for finding out which boxes have not been access at all or which ones have not been accessed in a long time. This value is converted into the local time of the computer you are running User Data Dump on
From this awesome tool;
Cisco User Data Dump
