The unity connection 2.0.1 installed in a Business Edition server its admin password can be reset ?

Joel,

From the CLI, use these commands:

utils reset_ui_administrator_password

utils reset_ui_administrator_name

The administrator password applies when logging into either the CCM admin or Unity Connection admin pages.

thanks Michael, Do I need to reboot the sever?

Because I do those commands , and I still cant enter admin pages of the Unity Connection, though the CallManager works fine.

Hi Joel,

I wouldn't think a reboot would be necessary. If the password works and allows you to log into the ccmadmin pages but not the UConnadmin pages, you may be running into CSCsh98940. Try the workaround suggested for this defect and see if that resolves it for you.
