Ring In / New Call Issue

Our customer uses the park feature a bit as well as the page feature.When a person is on a call, they park the call, and try to page someone (using a 5 digit extension), a second call comes in before they were able to press "New Call". I checked the "Ring In" softkey template, however, "New Call" is not available. They are not able to make a new call and page someone – the only thing they can do is answer the call.  Ideas on how they can make a new call without answering the one ringing on their phone?

Hi Ryan,

Try changing the setting Auto-Call Select. With this Enabled the Display Focus (and Softkeys) always switch to the new incoming call.

Available on an individual phone via this setting;

Device>Phone>Phone Configuration>Product Specific Configuration>Auto Call Select>Disabled
