Hello,
I have been stuck on this issue for some time, we are looking for a way to monitor our SIP Telco provider in case we loose connection to them. We currently have a Cisco ISR 4300 router with CUBE. I would like to know if its possible to use RTMT to monitor connection with our Telco provider. Any suggestions on the CUCM and Router side would be great!
Thanks!

Hi,
You can check the following couple of posts discussing similar query

Options ping is one of the features that you may find useful.

+5 Manish.
Additionally, you can enable options ping on your dialpeer and generate syslog message using EEM when it busyout. Later you can generate alerts based on the syslog messages. Look at this post.

For CUCM starting from version 10, it will monitor SIP Trunk status and report it. So you can generate alert from RTMT when the trunk times out as per the posts attached by Manish.
