Hello for all,
I have a Cisco CallManager 8.5 and after download the RTMT plugin from "CM administration" I can't login on RTMT. The issue indicate:"RTMT application cannot communicate with specified node/cluster"
For this, I have made the next check list:
- Authentication is correct.
-TCP port 8443 is open
-I have tested few different versions of java.
Finally, with run.bat I have recollected all logs regard with the login.

Make sure there are no expired certs in the server, if there are, fix that, then restart Tomcat
If no expired certs, try to restart the Tomcat service.
You can also try another PC to make sure it's not something specific to that particular machine.

All certificates are OK.
With another PC isn't works.
