RTMT slow if opening Message Details from Call Flow Diagram

Hi all,

how can I determine why it takes some minutes if I open Message Details in the Call Flow Diagram in the RTMT tool?

CPU is not increased during that opening.

Yes, notorious I get the warning low water mark exceeded.

My VMWare admins monitored if CPU or storage were busy which it did not.

Cluster Restart or RTMT on a diferent machine did not helped.

Can someone help? Monitoring is a pain.

Hi Paul,

Which RTMT and cucm versions are involved? Which OS is the RTMT installed on? Do you experience the same issue when you connect a laptop with RTMT installed in the same site/subnet as the cucm server?

UCM: 11.0.1.21017-1

I use RTMT on my Win7 Management PC but I also experience the same issue on a Win7 VM in the UCM subnet.

Hi Paul, I don't see any bug related to this RTMT or cucm version with this kind of issue. One thing that you can probably try is to use a freshly installed Windows with minimum external software and try accessing RTMT with it. If the issue persists then you can engage TAC to look into this from RTMT perspective by collecting appropriate logs. Manish
