Schedule lab in Cisco dcloud

I would appreciate it if some one  could guide me on how to schedule a lab on the Cisco dCloud platform using a smart account. Please see the error message in the attached document.

I believe “now be” is a typo; it should say “not”. Ask your partner or Cisco Collab TSA for assistance. TBH I wasn’t aware customers could even get to dCloud.
