I actually 2 questions:
1. Is there a way to schedule reports to run after hours or do you have to manually run all reports?
2. How do you change the voicemail greeting for a call handler? I added myself as the owner and an extension to the handler, I then dial into Unity and go into my voicemail account but I am not offered the option to update the greeting for the handler.
Any help is appreciated.

1. no, there is currently no report scheduler built into Unity.
2. you have to go through the Greetings Administration Covnersation to get to this - you map this to a one key rule or a routing rule - on the SA go to the user input keys for the opening greeting, for instance, and map one of the keys to go to the "Greetings Administration" conversation. WHen you access this conversation you sign in as normal but the conversation is specific to editing greetings for a selected call handler.

Thanks! I was able to get into the greetings administrator and update the Call Handler greeting through my mailbox. How would I go about creating the call routing rule?
