Self-Service User ID only populating for Some users

Hello,

I'm working with a client that would like to use the conference Now feature in CUCM 11.  Since the Conference Now feature requires the use of the Self-Service User ID field to be populated for the User in the Directory this is required.  However, I don't see this field being populated when the Directory is sync'd with AD. The Phone Number Field is mapped to ipPhone, and the IpPhone field is populated in AD and shows in the End User Configuration. 

My understanding is this should be populated when the user is sync'd with AD?

The Self-Service User ID field gets populated when you choose the Primary Extension for that user. It doesn't sync with AD, or at least I've never seen it grayed out.
