After searching 20 separate times, during 20 separate troubleshooting events, to see if it's disruptive or safe to restart a service, it occurs to me someone must have a list.
I know there are a few services that would depend upon what's running and installed, but there must be a good number that are always either safe or disruptive. Like Tomcat, that's always safe, right? How about AXL? ... always safe?
Hopefully someone can point me to a list.
