I am trying to install the Attendant Console on a Windows 7 32 bit pc and it installs fine, but when I try to login, nothing happens. Anyone have any workarounds or advice to get this to work? I've tried compatibility mode and that doesn't work and also XP mode doesn't work either.

Hi Bee,
Are you referring to the Cisco Unified Business Attendant Console? If so, please see the "Cisco Unified Communications Support for Microsoft Windows 7" table at the following URL:
Alternatively, if referring to the Attendant Console provided as a plugin for CUCM 6.1 and earlier, then no, Windows 7 was not supported, per the following page on Cisco.com, and I've not been able to find any work-arounds to get it to function.

Kind regards,
Craig

Craig,
I was referring to the Call Attendant plug-in. Thanks for the answer and I guess we will have to find an alternative. Will the Business attendant work with any version of the Cisco Unified Communications?

Just an FYI. I installed the latest version of the Attendant Console and it worked for Windows 7. I was able to install and run the Console on Windows 7 32 bit and 64bit. The versions are as follow: Console version 6.1(1_c), Server Version AC(7.1.0_c). The install file is CiscoAttendantConsoleClient-CM7 version 5.1.0.266.
