Shared Line Call Records with MAC

We are using Imagicle for call records. When a call rings a shared line directly, imagicle shows the Device Name (MAC) in the report.
When callers reach the shared line thru UCCX menu, the MAC does not show in the Device Name column.

We are trying to determine how many calls each user is taking daily on the shared line. They are not UCCX agents.

CDR/CMR reports in CM for these calls include the MAC.Call records

I can't speak to Imagicle but VoIP Detective shows the end user assigned to the answering device.  On the inbound call report, the person or persons (CUCM end user name) who answered will be listed as "Associated User".   I believe this is data is included in the CDRs that CUCM sends over.
