Shared line Codec

                   Dear All,

please help if shared line (two phones with same extenstion) can work if the two different phone are assigned to different device pool with Codec relation between the two device pool is G.729

as i am facing problem with shared line feature for phones assigned to two different device pool with G.729 which are in two different site while there is another two phone with shared line feature but both are in same device pool has no problem at all

the issue that sometimes when user left the handset there is no dial tone

please help

Have you configured all the phones in the same DP to confirm that's really your issue??

Problem Solved, it was due to new setting on the firewall
