Since enabling single inbox for our users we are experiencing extreme delays in synchronization from the email inbox and the voicemail box. Per the design guide I have increased our connections from the default 4 to 26. This seems to have helped a little bit but since then the Mailbox Sync service has crashed multiple times and created core dumps. We have around 1,000 users on single inbox with O365 and about 2,300 still on Exchange 2010.
Current Unity Connection version is 8.6.2.23900-10
TAC found the following bug but not sure if it is what we are running up against. http://tools.cisco.com/Support/BugToolKit/search/getBugDetails.do?method=fetchBugDetails&bugId=CSCug48560
What log files could I check to see where the slow down is happening?
Thanks,
Tim

The new version with the support for wave 15 seems to have fixed the delay.
Thanks,
