Hello,
I am using CUCM7.1 and have successfully set up Cisco Unified Mobility. My question is if a user makes a call using mobile phone (remote device), can that call be pickup by or swtiched to the desk phone without dropping the connection? Many thanks,
Shoaib.

No, that's a regular call and CUCM is not aware of calls you make from your mobile.
Unless you receive the call via mobility or make the call via MVA you cannot use the feature that allows you to hang the call in mobile and resume in deskphone.

have you try to enable mobile voice access, only then you cell can dial a specific # like the call is being made from your IP phone, and you can switch them back and forth.
