SIP call routing based on trunk

Hi

We have two CUBE with cisco 12.4T, single CM cluster with v8.6 and a few avaya PBXes

avaya1(gateway)----sip-trunk----cm-cluster----siptrunk--cube1---siptrunk--istp

avaya2(gateway)----sip-trunk----cm-cluster----siptrunk--cube2---siptrunk--istp

Avaya is attahced to geteway (cisco router) with T1 PRI.

What we wanted to do is using same route patttern (eg. 411) and route avaya1 users to itsp through cub 1 and avaya2 users through cube 2?

And each others cube as a secondary gateway for redundancy.

How can we acheive that?

Thanks,

Harry

In CUCM you can route the calls via translation pattern configured with "Route Next Hop By Calling Party Number", assuming this is fairly new CUCM version (7.1 or newer).  Alternatively on the GW where Avaya is connected you could define dial-peers with answer-address and prefix "steering codes" based on where the call is coming from and then have different routes for those steering codes.

HTH,
