SIP configuration

Hi,

we have CUCM configured with gateway cisco 2911 and anlog POT to FXO. and planning to upgrade to SIP trunk ( checking from local ISP and cloud as well). so do i need extra T1 and E1 interface card or can i use the gig0/0 interface on the router.

With SIP you wouldn’t use any E1/T1 interface. You use the ethernet interfaces on the router, normally you would use one as the inside, connected to the internal network  and another for outside, connected to the circuit to the ITSP.
