Hi guys,
I bought one sip lines from ISP contains 300 lines DID/DOD but I want to know if there is a limitation in cucm 8.6 if 100 lines or more want to call outside together at the same time. Is there any SIP call limitation in Cisco voice system?
Thanks for all

There is no limit from CUCM. If you have 300 SIP channels/lines - you would be able to dial to utilize all of the 300 channels, provided:
1) You have enough bandwidth
2) You have enough licenses on your SBC (if you use one)
CUCM will not limit the number of SIP calls.

The only limitation is the processing power for the platform, there is no session licenses if thats what you mean.

What is it mean by sessions (Unified Border Element Enterprise License - 5 sessions)?
this is for CUBE 2920 Voice router

Those are paper licenses which means you dont have to install it on the device itself, CUBE licenses are RTU(Right to use) again platform decides the capability.
Also see below for details.

But it means 5 sessions is available for this CUBE if I need more sessions I have to buy licenses! Right?
11-14-2016 04:34 AM
No, this is what i am trying to explain they are just paper licenses, they do not restrict sessions in any way.
