Unable to Login to CUE web portal

Hello,

I am really hoping that someone can help me here. I am trying to login to our CUE via the web. I managed it once with cisco cisco as the login and password. Now I have been unable to do so. Really don't understand that. So have been trying to reset the admin login. I believe that it is the web commands under telephony service. 

this is the output of that with me having configured the secret password of cisco.

No luck with logging in though.

also i have been trying to connect to the service-module integrated-Service-Engine 0/0 session however doesn't connect.

Can I reload the service module with no implications to the phone system itself?
