SIP trunk - all incoming calls hit the pilot

Dears ,

we have CUCM 11.5 and now we are for first time implementing a SIP trunk with the PSTN to replace the PRIs.

all incoming and outgoing calls are fine , but we have an issue as we have as a test 10 DN from the PSTN started with Pilot 9900 , 9901,9902,....to 9909

the issue is , all incoming calls go to the 9900 ( the Pilot )only . even when you call 9901 or any DN .

the outgoing call working fine with its mask 99XX

is there any configuration in the SIP trunk i missed ???

Debug your CBUE and see what you get from the telco, if it's the right called number, then look at the CUBE config and CUCM config to make sure there's no translation that is causing that.

thanks Jaime ,

the call flow is ,

call from mobile (9901) --> PSTN --> PSTN cube --> SIP trunk --> our CUCM --> Phone  the call ring on (9900)

i can only support the CUCM logs  ( Attached )

And what did you see in the CUCM traces?

Looks like the INVITE header always shows the pilot number (INVITE sip:20224739900), with the actual called number in the "To:" header (To: <sip:+20224739901). I don't know if there's a way to configure CUCM to route on the "To" header, but alternatively you can create a SIP profile on the CUBE to copy the header across.
Or possibly ask the provider if they can change the behaviour?
