Hi,

Added new subs in cluster and added the software MTP to the existing MRG. But when making the call it shows the new added CUCM ip address as Media IP, if I hold and resume the call it shows the far end IP Phones ip address as Media IP. Can any one help me to come over the issue

Why are you even needing to use an MTP for your calls? Is your GW configured with "use MTP" checked? Normally you dont want that unless you have a specific reason.
