Some of our users are getting the message âYOUR MESSAGES ARE NOT AVAILABLEâ after logging into their voicemail from the phone. We have Unity 4.2 on a dedicated server running Exchange 2000. I have tried running the permissions wizard, and we do not have Outlook on the server.

Is that the exact text? I need the exact text of the prompt. My guess up front is the Message store is not connected to Unity and the massages are going to \commserver\UnityMTA\failed folder.

Thanks for the reply. The issue was that our Unity server was out of disk space due to backups not clearing the Exchange logs out. We had a few users who were getting this message yesterday, then today the message store completely shutdown and all users were getting a "messages not available" message. Once I moved the files to a drive with more space and re-started the exchange store everything came back up.
