Occasionally we get users unable to retrieve their voice mail. They press messages on the phone, enter password, it tells them their messages are not availible now.
The only way we have found to fix this is to delete the mailbox and re-add it.
Hopefully there is a better fix for this.

I have got the same problem. Unfortunately deleting the mailbox does not help in my case - Unity says the mailbox is deleted but actually it is not.
