Hello Everyone !
I am currently having an issue with setting up SRST Manager v9.
When adding a new Central Call Agent, I am getting the following error :
NewCallAgentWizard:execute(): InternalErrorException: com.cisco.umg.srsx.engine.ipc.client.EngineIpcException: createCm IPC call failure
I am running CUCM 8.6, hosted on a BE6000 and using ESXi5.1. The SRST Manager VM is installed on the same ESX.
I have not seen any compatibility matrix mentioning BE6000 server but I do not understand how it would affect the way data are collected from the CUCM.
Do you think it is a bug? Or did I do something wrong?
Thanks a lot for your help !

Hello Sir,
Are you using Internet Explorer?
Can you tried using Firefox?
Do let us know if it works.

Hello Yen,
Thanks for your answer.
I tried both IE and Firefox, but does it need to run a specific version? (I have latest versions for both).
Thank you,
Bruno.

srst Manger 11.0 and cucm 9.1.2 - in ESXI 5.5
i cannot add the central call agent in SRST manager: everytime it prompts the error "Request failed due to internal system error" .
i tried with IE 11.0 , Firefox 42.0 latest updated , and Google crome ,,, no matter what ,,it give the above error ... security cert from cucm is uploaded sucessfully..
very strange that a simple thing cannot be integrated,,,.
iam running out of options ...

I agree, this is very strange...
But I am kind of happy not to be the only one facing the issue, as my first thought was some config error on my side.

I'm running into the same error. Did you ever get resolution?

Nope...
I just couldn't get it working.

Have you properly uploaded certs for the server into SRST Manager?

Yes, i actually loaded both pub and sub just to verify.
Seems to be something else.
