Cisco 4431 - 4400-universalk9.16.06.04.SPA.bin
Seeing a strange issue with MGCP caused by customers DR test which has happended twice now. During this test they are isolating one DC for 60 minutes from the ret of the network. THey have 2 x DCs with CUCMs and a 4431 in each.
What is happening is once connectivty is resumed the E1 appears up in CUCM and thus when issuing show isdn status but when looking at "show ccm-manager" is shows like this even though all CUCM nodes are up and reachable

Doing a no mgcp/mgcp or reseting from CUCM does not resolve. The only thing we can find to resolve it rebooting the 4431
The specific DR test causes the 4431 to lose connectivty to everything including its default gateway for 60 mins
SOunds like a defect of sorts but can't find anything specific
