A little confused about this procedure and would kindly ask for some guidelines.
For an existing setup CUCM v12 with SA and with support that is expiring, the need is for renewal support, but also upgrade to v14.
What would be the way to follow?
It's clear that "Customers who need additional licensing and / or to renew software support will be able to get full support for their on-premises calling deployments by renewing to Collaboration Flex Plan."
But what if they also want to upgrade at the same time without ordering additional licenses?
MCE tool is of no use here because the support requires renewal and all this should be done via A FLEX 3?
