T.30 fax protocol configuration

Hi,

I always configure the Voice Gateway for Fax with:,

voice service voip
  fax protocol t38 nse version 0 ls-redundancy 0 hs-redundancy 0 fallback pass-through g711ulaw

But I have a new issue, the Fax doesn't work with the T.38 configuration.

From the provider says, must add T.30 configuration for this Fax can work normally. Not with the T.38.

Does anyone know what configuration must I input with the T.30 Fax protocol?
