We are running Attendant Console 8.6. We have 2 Attendant Consoles logged in at 1 time per site. Is there a way to control which phone rings first?

Hi Laurel,
In CUxAC 8.6 by default the server is designed to always send the calls first to the first operator that logs in. You can use multiple queues in combination with overflow timers. Essentially each operator would get their own queue and they would be chained together. So by default the server will push the call to the operators for configured number of seconds and then try the next.
