Is there any update/clarification on that?
AFAIK OCS "Wave 14" will only supports RCC if you upgrade from OCS 2007 R2 and will be phased out eventually.
Thanks,

I have been hearing for quite a while that RCC will be deprecated in Wave 14. Which is why going down the CUCI-MOC path makes sense (assuming you want to keep your investment in MSFT clients), gets rid of any RCC dependancies, don't need a CUPS server for the interop and gives you much more than just deskphone control.
