TP calls are not found on billing software

Description:  When we dial Translation pattern number # 6762 XXXX from outside not capturing in call billing software.

 

Details of the issue:

 

Call scenario -- Translation pattern # 6762 XXXX forwarded to US number # 001XYZ abc uvwx. # 6762 xxxx not able to see in CDR Data.

Not sure what software you were using, but I've seen a similar issue where the call billing software was pulling entries from AD, we needed to make sure it was pulling the TP room mailboxes from AD and that they had their phone numbers populates.
