We have CUCM 8.6(2) integrated with Genesys as a contact center (CC) solution.
The CC Business Requirement was "Agent needs to be able to control the TTY device"
However, I can't see any analogue devices that are supported with CTI Manager apart from:

However these devices are end of life. We have tried it with ATA190 and the CTI manager can't control it.
If we are going down the path with ATA186 when we are going to upgrade to CUCM 10.5 (in the next 3months)
ATA 186 won't be supported by the CISCO TAC/BU.
I just wonder if Cisco has any plan "supporting the analogue devices with CTI manager?"
