I would double check with a sales engineer on this one. It all depends on the MCS server and number of PCI slots it has for those cards. The Dialogic cards are kind of large. If you put both in, you have set the channels on the cards and plug in the bridge cable between the cards. I have done it with many dialogic cards and it works fine. But as servers change every year... you never know what fits where.
But typically, it should fit. I do not have the specs of that server in front of me. If it's the larger of the Unity server, it will be fine. If it's the smaller, you might want to double check on the PCI slots.
