UC 8.0 Top Level Part Number

Does anyone know the UC Manager 8.0 Top Level Part number? I see the 7.1 part number (UNIFIED-CM7.1) but can not locate the 8.0 part number.  Can this only be installed as an upgrade and not a new install.

Hello mtashiro,

I would like to buy UCL lic for user, I have added those models 7911G=, 7962G=, 7975G= and 6921 IP Phones to my MP at the ordering tool.

So I have to add UCL Licences because My customer has CUCM 7.1(5).

Could you please tell me how I can do that?

Which of these part numbers must I use?

CUCM-USR-LIC

CUCM-USR-LIC-ADD

L-CUCM-USR-LIC-ADD

R-CUCM-USR-LIC

If it's a new customer use the first sku and if it's an existing customer use the third SKU and do e-delivery
