I am on CUCM/UC versions 10.0.1. I do not have UC integrated with Active Directory. I would like to know how to send voicemails to a distribution list in Active Directory so that my users can have a centralized pool to pull voicemails from. We also use this in order to create tickets when voicemails are sent to specific DL's. I figured as a work around I could create a fake user with this address that would eat an extension but I think that's a little much when it just needs to know where to send the messages.
When we were using version 7 we were able to do this but we were also synced with AD and DL's would show up on the list.
Both Tac and my other support accounts have stated this is not possible but I refuse to believe I cant forward a message where I want as they are stored on the box anyways.
