Hello,
We are currently using Altitude CRM (altitude.com) in integration with Nortel contact center. We are switching over to Unified CISCO Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) solution and want to keep Altitude CRM with uAgent and its integration with many business applications we have.
Has anyone carried out such integration. If yes could you please provide more information about how can this be done and what are the requirements.

Hello,
Unfortunatly altitude CRM is not supported by UCCE , these are the only supported CRM applications that has a connector :
CRM for Siebel
8.0(x)
CRM for
PeopleSoft
7.5(2)
1.1 (2)
CRM for
Salesforce
7.5(2)
1.1 (2)
CRM for
Microsoft
Dynamics CRM
7.5(2)
1.1 (2)
However , some of the customers do a direct integration with the CTIOS server (if the CRM can accept CTIOS IP's) , in this case you can do the integration but the only problem with this is that you can't open a TAC.
