UCCX 11.5 SU1 - Ability to have different greetings for 1 CSQ depending on trigger

Howdy all,

We are setting up a call center to service our UK and US Clients, but our UK clients want to hear an "English" Greeting instead of our standard American one.  I believe I can do this via setting up a 2nd call trigger but I'm not sure how to fire off a different initial greeting prompt based on call trigger.  Any suggestions on where to look?  All calls will end up in the same CSQ no matter where they are inbound from.

You are correct that you will need to set up a 2nd trigger for that. As far as initial greeting prompt change on the fly is concerned then you will need to use Get Call Contact Info step to capture the Called Number which will be your triggers set up for US and UK clients respectively and based on that simply insert an If condition that Called Number = "x" Play English Prompt, Called Number = "y" then play American Prompt.
