UCCX chat logs and reporting/viewing RTMT ?

Is there anyway to report/view client chat logs without having to go to the actual client machine?

I dont understand this part below? as i am not chatting with the clients and dont have their logs on my pc.

 

You could also view the chats in the FCCServer logs. From the RTMT, download the Cisco Desktop Call/Chat Service logs. You will need to search on the lines that are referring to the chat; - See more at: https://supportforums.cisco.com/discussion/11317481/uccx-701-agent-chat-logs#sthash.ArCcWkjr.dpuf
