We are on UCCX 9.0.2 and was wondering what version of Crystal Reporting we need to use to create custom historical reports?

Developer Edition 11.0, 11.5, and 12.0
Professional Edition 11.0 and 11.5

 

However keep in mind that as of version 10 you no longer have ability to run HRC reports, so the effort you spend on customizing reports will be useless when you upgrade.
