I have configured ip phone agent using uccx.When trying to login the ip phone agent,it showing an error."number of configured extensions for the agent device exceeds the maximum allowed.I am using the demo enhaced license for the UCCX.what could be the cause?

How many DN's you have configured for this Phone ?
Please refer the section "unsupported Configurations for Agent Phones" in the below release notes.

Now its working.It was not working because threre were multiple lines assigned to the agent phone.

Now its showing another error."selected ip phone agent is not active.select another ip phone agent service"

Hi Kavithas,
Please make sure that your IP phone service is pointing to the engine master, in case if you UCCX HA setup, than create two IPPA services one for each node, and select the engine master IP phone service to login IPPA agent.

I restarted the ip phone agent service.now its working
