i just have a problem in ring back tone when i call UCCX CTI extension (which redirect call to MOH ) from mobile.
while there is ring back tone when i call MOH group from mobile

Would you mind sharing the solution to your problem? I seem to be experience an issue that is almost identical with a similar call flow.

Is MOH not working for all the calls or just external calls. Also, it will be good if you can open a new thread for this question and get it looked that way as well while waiting for Yaser Weis to respond.
