I am utilizing Call Manager 7.1(5) TSP to do some custom dialing out of an in-house application running on PC’s. The problem is since we upgraded UCM from 4.x and converted to LDAP synchronized, the username/passwords change often. Subsequently, someone has to manually update the password TSP because it is static. Ultimately I would like a solution that does not require a username/password to be entered every time or one that does Single Sign On.
Any ideas?

are you using click to call app? Or the local TSP app that is loaded on the end uses PC?
