UCS server monitoring with Prometheus

Hello , 

I have a challenge to monitor UCS server with an opening source monitoring tool called "Prometheus" so I ask if anyone did this before or not ? 

also I searched about it and found it's possible to do that by UCS exporter through API or node exporter.

So please help
