CUCM 12.5 upgrade from 11.5

When upgrading a UCSC240M4S2 CIMC(3.0.3a to 4.1.1f) firmware for VMware 6.7U3 from VMware 6.0.0. Do I also need to upgrade the drivers?

Are there available drivers to upgrade?

My belief is if you are doing any firmware / BIOS upgrade for the CIMC, do the complete package during the same window.
