UM Exchange and CUCM 7.1.3 - Display name of UM

Hi,

I'd like to introduce a display name on the route pattern that I created to access to UM Exchange 2007. When I call my VoiceMail profile, I just see the number on the display of the telephone.

I want to add a user friendly name like VoiceMail.

I know this is possible with Unity and the voice mail ports but I'd like to do it with my route pattern or the SIP trunk (just dedicated for that).

its kind of a round about way, but try sending it  through an IOS gateway.  If I remember, it will send the information with the call through the gateway.

It can only be done in Unity but not in Unity Connection. You can't give Route pattern names only numbers.
