Unable to Access Call Manager After Confirming Permissions
Active Directory and CM end user say I have access. If the admin uses my PC to sign in to CM with their account, it works. When I use their PC with my access, it doesn't work. Call manager doesn't give an error when I enter my password. It just reloads.
If I purposely enter my account wrong, it does give an error. So my credentials must be in the database and they must be correct. But I still can't sign in to CCE or CM. Changing browsers, restarting, clearing cache has no effect. Is it worth trying a command line?
