Hi All,
We are currently having issues calling U.S. numbers but can call other countries such as Singapore and Australia with no problems. we are using CUCM 8.5 and would like to get some inputs on where to start looking for a probable cause of the issue. Whenever a U.S. number is called a prompt is played indicating that the number does not exist. I would appreciate any help.
Regards,
Teo

Start by running debugs in the GW to find out the disconnect cause and who is sending it.

Thanks for the quick response, May I ask what specific command should I be running? Sorry but I'm fairly new to it.

What country are you calling from and what type of circuit do you have?
Is it PRI circuit, SIP trunk, E1-CAS, POTS, etc? Depending on what you have you will debug differently.
Have you looked at Dialed Number Analyzer on CUCM side to verify the CUCM is configured to route those calls?
