We have a user who can't create a new Contact Group in his Jabber client (Add a contact > Create a New Group) - he gets the message "Please try again or contact your system administrator". Other users registered to the same Call Manager server can.
I found a post saying that it does need to be enabled by an admin but doesn't say where. But if it was a global setting, no one would be able to do it.
Can this be controlled on a per-user basis and if so, how do I allow it?
He's currently using Jabber v14 (upgraded from v12).
