I am unable to delete a user voicemail profile, getting the error message that states the user is currently referenced and not deletable. When I click on the "click here" link to view all references, I get a dependency listed. The question is, how do I disassociate the end user / voicemail profile with from this dependency so that I can proceed to delete the profile?

When you click on "click here" and get a dependency, chances are that you are brought to either a System Call Handler or another object that is programmed to record a voicemail and have that voicemail delivered to the gk62754 voicemail box.
In your screenshot, click on "Edit Caller Input" to the right of "<blank> Greeting" and you should see it there. Unity Connection is helpful like that.
Does this help?

Hello Maren,
I was about to replicate this, so I could click on the "Edit Caller Input" by attempting to delete the user again, but this time it successfully deleted the user (I tried a number of times yesterday and today), so I'm not sure what happened. Thanks for responding, I'll keep this in mind for the future.

Click the "Edit Caller Input" hyperlink from your second screen shot and it'll take you to the object where the user is still referenced. It's hard to tell what the name of the Greeting object is because the beginning is blurred out in your second screen shot.
