Re: unable to install Unity in ESXI

Hello All, Trying to install unity on ESXi but fails everytime at the network checks. I thought it was DNS but no, it fails when not entering DNS settings. Tried different OVA files. The weird thing is that other VM's - CUCM, UCCX on the same ESXI using the same vswitch work great and have data replication to their partners in another UCS.

I'm trying to install version 12.0

Any Ideas please?

What OVA and ISO file are you using?

Can you post a screenshot of the exact step at which it fails?

Hello Jaime,

OVA is CUC_12.0_v1.0

Install version is Bootable_UCSInstall_CUC_12.0.1.10000-8.sgn

I cant get a screenshot but in the install sequence, it fails at the "Checking Network Connectivity Step" or DNS checking if I have enabled DNS. I have also noticed that the virtual MAC address of the VM shows 0's
